About the Event:
Podpal presented the Podcasters of Color Networking Event at this year’s Podcast Movement 2021 Conference.

As the only black-owned podcasting startup, we’re compelled to provide the education, tools, and opportunities that empower podcasters of color and amplify black voices!

During this event, we hosted over 250 podcasters for a happy hour, fireside chat, and celebration of the Podpal MVP launch. Aaron P. Woods, Podpal's Founder & CEO, as well as Keith Marcel, Podpal's Head of UX led the fireside chat featuring Tania Woods (Host of The Inkfully Podcast), Jonathan Jones (Host of Beyond the Ball Podcast), and Gayon Bramwell (Host of She Ventures Podcast).  

Following the happy hour and fireside chat, event attendees enjoyed a networking hour and several raffles. One raffle had a grand prize of a complete podcast studio — including a Rode microphone, Focusrite Audio Interface, Audio-Technica Headphones, and a FREE 1-year subscription to Podpal!

DJ Tha Kid Quest kept the party live while attendees mixed and mingled with fellow podcasters of color and got their photos taken at the Podpal + Hennessy backdrop.
